Phase 2, Horizon 120
Welcome to our proposals for Phase 2 of Horizon 120, Braintree.
We are excited to be bringing forward proposals for further development at Horizon 120 which is already an exemplar business park for the region, providing in excess of 750,000 sq ft of hi-tech, industrial, office and logistics space and is home to a number of regional and national businesses.
The proposed development will comprise of new warehouse and commercial floorspace which will further enhance the opportunities for local businesses to grow and provide new employment opportunities to benefit the local, regional and national economy.
As our plans develop, we will continue to work closely with Braintree District Council, and we are keen to hear your views and feedback, to help evolve the scheme where possible.

Located to the west of the existing successful Horizon 120, the site has direct access onto the A131 dual carriageway, providing quick access to Chelmsford, and is 15 miles from Stansted Airport and the M11 via the A120 dual carriageway.

The development will comprise of four new logistics units that will help address local needs, this cannot be accommodated in Phase 1, which is why further development is being proposed to help provide additional investment and job opportunities to meet this need.
Design
The development has been sensitively designed to reflect the character of the local area and the rest of the development that has already been built out.
