The new 137,000 ft² British Offsite facility at Horizon 120 will be used to manufacture and distribute building components for the new homes industry.
This includes their UniPanel system range; light gauge panels, walls, roofs and floors, internal fitout modules, bathroom components and kitchen products.

New 124,000 sq ft nine unit scheme ranging in unit sizes from 8,653 sq ft to 21,372 sq ft, suitable for business and logistic uses. The development completed May 2023. Units available to let on new full repairing and insuring leases.

CareCo, an independent distributor of care mobility products, was the first employer to sign-up to Horizon 120. The company, relocating from Brentwood, opened its new headquarters and distribution centre to employees in May 2022.
